Payment and delivery

Standard shipping to the United Kingdom is free on orders over £500, excluding VAT and other applicable taxes, duties and fees.

Free shipping covers standard transportation, including insurance against loss of or physical damage to the goods in transit. Import VAT, customs duties, clearance fees and express air freight are quoted separately.

Orders below £500 are shipped at cost. The exact charge depends on shipment dimensions, weight and number of packages, and is confirmed before payment.

Orders delivered to England, Scotland and Wales are normally shipped DAP to the agreed delivery address (Incoterms® 2020) from Vilnius.

The customer is responsible for import customs clearance and any applicable import VAT, customs duties and clearance fees. Business customers should provide their GB EORI number and, where applicable, their UK VAT registration number.

Eligible UK VAT-registered businesses can use Postponed VAT Accounting to account for import VAT on their VAT Return instead of paying it at import. This must be arranged before customs clearance. Customs duties and clearance fees may still apply.

Consignments valued at £135 or less are subject to separate VAT rules. We confirm the applicable treatment before payment.
