Payment and delivery

Standard shipping to the United States is free on orders over $3,000, excluding applicable taxes, duties and fees.

This applies to our full range — servers, storage systems, network switches, GPU platforms, workstations, racks, components and accessories alike.

Free shipping covers standard transportation, including insurance against loss of or physical damage to the goods in transit. Import duties, tariffs, customs clearance and brokerage fees, and express air freight are quoted separately.

Orders below $3,000 are shipped at cost. The exact charge depends on shipment dimensions, weight and number of packages, and is confirmed before payment.

Orders are normally shipped DAP to the agreed delivery address (Incoterms® 2020)

The customer acts as the Importer of Record and is responsible for import customs clearance, applicable duties, additional tariffs and customs or brokerage fees.

Commercial shipments valued above $2,500 generally require formal customs entry and a customs bond. Formal entry may also be required for certain shipments below this value. Your customs broker or carrier may request your EIN or another applicable importer identification number, together with any required authorisation documents.

US import charges depend on the product’s HTS classification, country of origin, customs value and the rules in force at the time of import. Shipment from Lithuania does not necessarily mean that the equipment is of EU origin.
