Payment and delivery

Standard shipping is free on orders over:

• €500 for delivery within the European Union;
• £500 for delivery to the United Kingdom;
• $3,000 for delivery to the United States.

This applies to our full range — servers, storage systems, network switches, GPU platforms, workstations, racks, components and accessories alike.

Thresholds are calculated before VAT and other applicable taxes, duties and fees, and apply to the equivalent amount in other currencies.

Free shipping covers standard transportation only. Import taxes, customs duties, clearance fees, transport insurance, express air freight and any agreed additional delivery services — such as tail-lift delivery — are quoted separately.

Shipping charges apply to orders that do not meet the threshold. Rates start at €15 for delivery to the Baltic states. The exact cost depends on the destination, shipment dimensions, weight and number of packages. Our team confirms the charge before payment.

Oversized and multi-pallet orders

For shipments requiring more than one pallet, crated transport or delivery outside our standard freight network, we confirm the shipping arrangement and any applicable charge with you before payment.

European Union — no import clearance or duties. Business orders to another member state are invoiced at 0% VAT against a valid EU VAT number verified in VIES; the customer accounts for acquisition VAT locally.
