Supermicro AS-4125GS-TNRT 20SFF+4NVMe is a 4U enterprise server storage configuration with twenty front hot-swap 2.5-inch SFF positions plus four dedicated 2.5-inch NVMe positions. It is designed for AI factories, research centers, cloud providers and enterprise data centers that need fast local storage for AI and HPC workloads.

Key features:

  • Storage basket and service access: The selected storage basket comprises twenty front hot-swap 2.5-inch SFF positions plus four dedicated 2.5-inch NVMe positions. Supported hot-swap drives can be serviced from the front without opening the chassis, helping reduce planned maintenance time.

  • Installed accelerator subsystem: The installed accelerator subsystem contains 8 x NVIDIA H100. Direct PCIe 5.0 x16 CPU-to-GPU paths support high-throughput accelerator access.

  • Storage topology and data path: The mixed front layout separates twenty 2.5-inch SFF SAS/SATA positions from four dedicated NVMe positions. A compatible HBA or RAID controller provides SAS/SATA drive management, while NVMe traffic uses direct PCIe paths.

  • Enterprise compute platform: The installed compute subsystem combines 2 x AMD EPYC 9354 (32C/64T, 3.3GHz-3.8GHz, 280W) with 1,024GB of DDR5 ECC registered memory. It supplies the CPU, memory and PCIe resources required to feed the accelerator subsystem and host production services.

  • Management and availability: Dedicated BMC connectivity and Supermicro lifecycle-management tools, together with 4 x 2000W redundant (3+1) 80 PLUS Titanium power supplies, support remote administration, component monitoring, planned service operations and resilient data-center operation.
