It is designed for AI factories, research centers, cloud providers and enterprise data centers that need fast local storage for AI and HPC workloads.

Key features:

  • Storage basket and service access: The selected storage basket comprises two front hot-swap 2.5-inch SATA bays plus eight front 2.5-inch NVMe positions. The SATA section supports hot-swap service, while the NVMe positions remain front-accessible for planned maintenance.

  • Installed accelerator subsystem: The installed accelerator subsystem contains 8 x NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Server Edition. It provides 768GB GDDR7 ECC in aggregate (8 x 96GB). PCIe 5.0 x16 switch-based dual-root paths connect the accelerator and CPU subsystems.

  • Storage topology and data path: The two SATA bays provide hot-swap service for boot or utility drives, while eight front NVMe positions form the high-throughput data tier. One internal M.2 NVMe slot is available for additional boot or service storage.

  • Enterprise compute platform: The installed compute subsystem combines 2 x AMD EPYC 9554 with 1,536GB of DDR5 ECC registered memory. It supplies the CPU, memory and PCIe resources required to feed the accelerator subsystem and host production services.

  • Management and availability: Dedicated BMC connectivity and Supermicro lifecycle-management tools, together with 6 x 2700W redundant (4+2) 80 PLUS Titanium power supplies, support remote administration, component monitoring, planned service operations and resilient data-center operation.
