Supermicro AS-2025HS-TNR 12LFF is a 2U enterprise server storage configuration with twelve front hot-swap 3.5-inch LFF positions for NVMe, SAS or SATA drives. It is designed for enterprise data centers, private clouds and service providers that need substantial local capacity alongside accelerated compute.

Key features:

  • Storage basket and service access: The selected storage basket comprises twelve front hot-swap 3.5-inch LFF positions for NVMe, SAS or SATA drives. Supported hot-swap drives can be serviced from the front without opening the chassis, helping reduce planned maintenance time.

  • Installed accelerator subsystem: The installed accelerator subsystem contains 2 x GIGABYTE Radeon AI PRO R9700 AI TOP. Direct PCIe 5.0 x16 CPU-to-GPU paths support high-throughput accelerator access.

  • Storage topology and data path: Each LFF position can accept supported 3.5-inch or 2.5-inch media. NVMe, SAS and SATA support depends on the installed backplane, cabling and controller; SAS operation requires a compatible storage controller.

  • Enterprise compute platform: The installed compute subsystem combines 2 x AMD EPYC 9124 with 128GB of ECC registered memory. It supplies the CPU, memory and PCIe resources required to feed the accelerator subsystem and host production services.

  • Management and availability: Dedicated BMC connectivity and Supermicro lifecycle-management tools, together with 2 x 1600W redundant (1+1) 80 PLUS Titanium power supplies, support remote administration, component monitoring, planned service operations and resilient data-center operation.
